About Me as a Therapist

I am a registered psychotherapist with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). I bring a deep and thoughtful approach to my work, grounded in both academic training and personal experience. My journey began with a degree in Addiction Psychology, which laid the foundation for my understanding of human behavior and the complexities of change. I went on to complete a postgraduate diploma and a master’s in Counselling and Psychotherapy, with a particular focus on existential psychotherapy, which now forms the core of my practice.

Existential psychotherapy helps me support clients as they explore life’s deeper questions, navigate difficult emotions, and find meaning in their experiences. I believe in creating a calm, safe space where clients can be themselves, without pressure or judgment. Whether you're new to therapy or have worked with other therapists before, my aim is to meet you where you are and walk with you through whatever you are facing.

I recognize that coming to therapy can sometimes feel overwhelming, especially if it’s your first time. My priority is to offer a warm, compassionate environment, where we can work together to understand your concerns and explore ways forward. I welcome all individuals, from those dealing with complex issues to those simply seeking a greater sense of purpose or direction.
